The Demand Planning Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing accurate demand forecasts that align with sales and marketing plans, ensuring an efficient balance between supply and demand across the supply chain. Your role is critical in supporting inventory management, optimizing product availability, and driving the company’s overall business objectives.
As a key support member of the demand planning team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, analyze trends, and adjust forecasts to meet customer and market demand in a fast-paced CPG environment.
What You Will Do:
Demand Forecasting & Analysis:
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, promotions, and product lifecycle stages.
Analyze and monitor forecast accuracy, identifying and addressing variances to improve future forecast performance.
Adjust demand plans to reflect changes in product demand, inventory levels, and market conditions.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure demand forecasts are aligned with business goals and promotional activities.
Act as the point of contact for demand-related queries from cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on demand forecasts.
Inventory Management Support:
Collaborate with supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
Assist in maintaining the balance between supply and demand to avoid stockouts and overproduction.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Perform detailed data analysis to identify demand trends, seasonal patterns, and potential risks in the forecast.
Prepare and present regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and demand trends to key stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting processes and tools.
System Management & Forecasting Tools:
Maintain demand planning systems and software, ensuring the accuracy of data inputs and outputs.
Utilize statistical models and forecasting methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and inform decision-making.
What You Will Bring:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis, preferably in a CPG or fast-moving consumer goods environment.
Familiarity with demand planning software and tools (e.g., Stock IQ, NetSuite, or other demand planning tools).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and forecasting accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and supply chain.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Creative Designer at Monolith Brands, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience and brings our brands to life across digital and traditional channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce to produce engaging graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires a strong eye for design, proficiency in multimedia production, and a passion for storytelling.
What You Will Do
Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials across various channels including digital, print, and in-store displays.
As needed, produce image content for the brands; product photography at the in-house mini studio.
Conceptualize and execute packaging designs for new product launches and line extensions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, market trends, and consumer preferences.
Collaborate with Product Development to translate product specifications and features into compelling and informative product and packaging designs that communicate key benefits and features to consumers.
Collaborate with social media and ecommerce teams to produce high quality images and other visual assets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify design trends, packaging innovations, and opportunities for differentiation within the baby products category.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints, and manage design projects from concept to completion.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance brand positioning and consumer engagement.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all design deliverables, including packaging artwork, brand logos, typography, and color schemes, while adhering to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and media engagements.
Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to inspire innovation and drive continuous improvement in our design processes and outputs.
What You Will Bring
Minimum 3 years designer experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
Experience creating content from ideation to art direction and execution.
Ability to build strong cross-function relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills ensuring deadlines are met.
Adaptable to a fast paced, start-up, unstructured environment, working in-office a minimum of three days a week.
