We’re currently looking for an Financial Operations Analyst with a background in NetSuite and a working knowledge of retail supply chain operations to join our Finance team. This person will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and data analysis to support business decisions across the organization. This role will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and accounting teams to provide insights into inventory, fulfillment, and overall financial performance.
What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, fulfillment budgeting, and long-range planning
Analyze supply chain costs, including inventory, freight, and fulfillment expenses, and highlight trends or anomalies
Provide monthly reporting and variance analysis on key business metrics (sales, margins, inventory turns, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Supply Chain, Merchandising) to assess the financial impact of operational decisions
Extract and manipulate data from NetSuite and other systems to support ad hoc analysis and reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance and supply chain functions
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in a finance or FP&A role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required
Strong understanding of retail and/or e-commerce supply chain operations
Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

We are currently looking for a Retail Buyer/Sourcer who will be responsible for both product selection and supplier management. You’ll work across pet and parent categories to build strong, margin-positive assortments while also diversifying our supplier footprint by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers in regions such as Southeast Asia, India, Latin America and the USA.
What You Will Do
🛍️ Buying Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the planning and marketing teams to forecast demand, and develop/maintain seasonal assortment strategies
Evaluate vendor submissions, samples, and cost/margin proposals
Conduct supplier audits and product quality reviews with support from compliance teams
Maintain and update product, vendor, and cost data in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify, or similar)
Issue and manage purchase orders, track production timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
Manage SKU-level performance and initiate markdowns, reorders, or phase-outs as needed
🌏 Sourcing Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with suppliers across Asia, Latin America, India, and the U.S. to reduce supply chain risk
Negotiate terms, pricing, MOQs, and lead times to optimize cost and flexibility
Work with compliance and QA to ensure all vendors meet safety and regulatory standards
Monitor global sourcing trends, tariffs, and risks and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
Implement supplier scorecards and manage performance KPIs
What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience in buying, sourcing, and/or procurement in a consumer goods retail or e-commerce environment
Proven success in supplier diversification and vendor management across multiple geographies (India, Southeast Asia, Mexico, Latin America and the USA preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Working knowledge of global sourcing regulations, compliance, and logistics
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple SKUs and supplier relationships
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
Ability to thrive in a lean team with cross-functional collaboration
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making
Possess strong analytical thinking and cost modeling abilities
